Cool Water Enema

Remember when taking enemas always use filtered or bottled water!
Never inject anything into your colon hotter than 115 Fahrenheit.

A cool water enema is excellent, during the summer to cool the body down when you're hot or for reducing a fever.  Unlike cold water or ice water enemas the cool water enema is easier to take and hold.  It does cause some peristalsis (cramping), but not as dramatically as cold water or ice water.

You can repeat this enema as needed.

Enema Recipe:

2 quarts. {2000 milliliters} of cool filtered water   {2000 milliliters = 2 liters or a little over 2 qts.}
Water temperature 65 to 80 Fahrenheit
